I have bought 2 dresses recently from Sabo. The first dress I ordered was a size medium. When I received it, it was far too small so requested to return it the same day only to be advised they donβt accept returns on βfinal sale itemsβ. Noting that when I placed my order, the dress was on a sale, but not a βfinal saleβ. They said theyβd only provide me with a store credit. I eventually found another dress that was suitable and ordered a large (as sizing for dresses with βfull body coverageβ is limited and bought it, this was more expensive than the first plus the added freight fee of having to return the first item. Iβve now received this dress , which is really lovely I might add, however this time the dress is huge. I emailed them yesterday asking if I could return it to swap for a medium however theyβve simply sent me a link to complete which declines the return of final sale items. I then sent another email to explain I wanted to swap it, and theyβve not responded. I have bought many items online before on goodwill, however after this experience Iβm not actually sure Iβll be comfortable buying clothes online in the future
