What is SABO Resort?
SABO Resort is our loyalty program. Join for free and earn credit every time you shop, plus perks that grow as you move up each level.
How does my loyalty account work?
Your loyalty account is linked to the email you used to join and works both in-store and online. To earn and use credit and access your perks, make sure you’re logged in before you complete your purchase online, or give your email at the counter in-store; your perks and credit cannot be applied after a purchase has been placed. Your account, including any credit, can’t be transferred to a different email.
What is Credit?
Credit is a dollar amount you earn every time you shop with SABO Resort. Here’s how it works:
Earning: Once you’ve joined, you earn credit automatically on every order. It’s added to your account, ready to use next time you shop. The amount you earn per dollar spent depends on your level.
Spending: Your credit appears at checkout when you’re signed in, and you can choose to apply your full balance to your order. You can check your balance any time in your account.
Returns: If an order is refunded, any credit you earned on it is removed, and any credit you used on it is returned to your account.
Birthday credit: Add your birthday to your account at least 30 days before the date, and your birthday credit will be added automatically.
Expiry: Your credit never expires.

How long is the tier period, and what happens when it ends?
Levels are calculated on a rolling 12-month period. In your account, you can see when your current level is due for review and how much you need to spend to keep it or move up.
I shop in-store & online. How does the loyalty program work?
Your membership is linked to the email you signed up with, so you can earn credit, spend it and use your perks both in-store and online.
T&Cs
- Credit: Credit can be used on any order, with no minimum spend. Credit can be used together with SABO promotional codes and offers (e.g. BLACKFRIDAY) and with shipping discounts. Credit never expires.
- Level entry codes: When you reach Level 2, Level 3 or VIP, you’ll receive a discount code by email. Each code is valid for 180 days from the date the email is sent. Codes can be used together with your credit.
- Shipping perks (USA only): Level 3 and VIP members receive free standard shipping on every order delivered within the USA. VIP members also receive free express shipping on orders over $99 delivered within the USA.
