SABO ships worldwide, excluding Algeria, Albania, China, Guatemala, Iran, Morocco, Nicaragua, North Korea,  Serbia, South Africa, Sudan, Syria, Tunisia, Ukraine and Yemen.

Processing times

Orders are processed Monday to Friday. Please allow up to 3 business days for your order to be processed (excludes weekends and public holidays)

We offer two standard shipping options:

  1. Tracked Standard (no signature required)
  2. Premium Standard (signature required)

***Orders placed using the Tracked Standard (no signature required) shipping option are left at the customer’s risk once marked as delivered by the carrier. SABO is not liable for lost, stolen or missing parcels and will not provide reimbursement or replacement for orders shipped without signature.***

Free shipping for these orders is automatically applied during the checkout. This offer is not valid with Express International Shipping.

International Taxes and Customs Charges

All listed prices are inclusive of duties and tariffs. Taxes are added to the final price at checkout. No additional charges will be incurred upon delivery.

  • Cancellation or changes to Pre-Sale orders will only be possible if orders have not been processed and shipped. Please contact cancel@saboskirt.com as soon as possible if any changes or cancellations are required.  
  • Pre-sale items are not eligible for free standard shipping. Standard items purchased alongside a Pre-Sale item will continue to follow the usual free standard shipping rules for the applicable region.

Please note that the shipping time frames are estimates only and do not include customs processing delays, which are unfortunately out of our control. Please also note that business days do not include weekends or national public holidays. 

If you experience any difficulties while entering your shipping address during checkout or while you are creating an account, please email info@saboskirt.com with your full shipping address and contact phone number before you place your order so that an account can be set up for you.

If a change of address / redirection is made directly with your local post office, SABO SKIRT will not be held responsible for any lost or misdelivered parcels. Requests for change of address must be made directly with SABO SKIRT via our Customer Care contact service prior to your order being shipped.

If a customer error in shipping address is made during the checkout process (eg, incorrect/incomplete address), SABO SKIRT reserves the right to charge a reshipment fee which corresponds with the shipping method valid with the shipping address for the order, along with a $20 AUD return to sender fee. If a customer prefers to receive a refund or store credit for their order if returned to sender, a refund or store credit will be issued for the value of the order, less the initial shipping fee charged and less a $20 AUD return to sender fee.

If a customer refuses a parcel upon delivery, SABO SKIRT reserves the right to process a refund or store credit for the order, less the initial shipping fee charged and less a $20 AUD return to sender fee.

If a parcel is unclaimed and returned to sender, SABO SKIRT reserves the right to process a refund or store credit for the order, less the initial shipping fee charged and less a $20 AUD return to sender fee.

SABO SKIRT is not responsible for packages delayed in transit.

The shipping cost for orders is non refundable. 

*** Please note that the international shipping costs that SABO SKIRT provide do not reflect the cost of return shipping from countries outside of Australia. It is the responsibility of customers to enquire about the cost of return shipping from their country back to Australia as this fee is in no way covered by SABO SKIRT.
