Express International Shipping generally takes 4-8* business days for orders to arrive once shipped. Please note that this is not a guaranteed time frame and delays may occur.
PO Boxes will not be accepted - if you select express international shipping and your order is addressed to a PO Box, it may be returned to sender and the customer will be responsible for the return to sender fee and the initial shipping cost will not be refunded.

If you experience any difficulties while entering your shipping address during checkout or while you are creating an account, please email info@saboskirt.com with your full shipping address and contact phone number before you place your order so that an account can be set up for you.
If a change of address / redirection is made directly with your local post office, SABO SKIRT will not be held responsible for any lost or misdelivered parcels. Requests for change of address must be made directly with SABO SKIRT via our Customer Care contact service prior to your order being shipped.
If a customer error in shipping address is made during the checkout process (eg, incorrect/incomplete address), SABO SKIRT reserves the right to charge a reshipment fee which corresponds with the shipping method valid with the shipping address for the order. If a customer prefers to receive a refund or store credit for their order if returned to sender, a refund or store credit will be issued for the value of the order, less the initial shipping fee charged.
If a customer refuses a parcel upon delivery, SABO SKIRT reserves the right to process a refund or store credit for the order, less the initial shipping fee charged and less a $20 AUD return to sender fee.
SABO SKIRT is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery or packages delayed in transit.
The shipping cost for orders is non refundable.
