I absolutely love the clothing style but I live in the US and returns are not easy.
My first order was for 2 dresses. I used the sizing guidelines for both. The burgundy dress was a lovely design but so small that there was a 2 inch gap between the zipper. So I had to pay for the return and it will take 6 + weeks to get my partial refund. The second dress was ordered in the same size. Because of the style I could make the size fit. However, right after I sent the other dress back I was hanging the new one up in my closet and noticed ink marks on the back of the dress. I immediately notified customer service. It took about 3 days to get a response. Then they asked me to try getting it out. Finally I got a return slip to send it back. Both dresses were purchased for my daughter’s wedding in Europe. The dresses were order in plenty of time to receive them. Now because of sizing and a damaged dress, I had to go buy two more dresses.
Overall not a good first experience.
